Can I Cancel or Reschedule my appointment?

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring rescheduling or cancellation. However, failure to notify us in advance can deny other customers our time and services. Therefore, we ask that all changes to reservations occur at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. You are entitled to a full refund if the appointment is canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in loss of full payment and $50 cancellation charge.
